A local infrastructure
Taking on one element of the whole, at the site of a disused petrol station aims to celebrate local cheese and beer production in Southwark.
Set in the year 2050, where the car has gone out of fashion and petrol station are left to decay - thus the building itself is made by re-using petrol station materials.
The key element is a rotating door that allows for a permeability of space and celebrates the local surroundings.
